摘要
葫芦素选煤厂有2套生产系统,对应2套煤泥水处理系统。煤泥水处理系统包含煤泥泵、分级旋流器组、离心机、弧形筛等设备,但煤泥泵、分级旋流器的处理能力均未达到额定处理能力,且2套煤泥水系统所有设备均不能互为备用,如果有1台设备发生故障或者检修,只能停止该生产系统,导致选煤厂不能满负荷带煤生产,影响整个系统生产能力的发挥,吨煤电耗也随之上升。为解决此问题,葫芦素选煤厂实施了技术改造,将煤泥泵、分级旋流器、离心机经过串联、并联等措施,并辅以一系列的技术创新手段,实现将2套煤泥水系统的设备改造为互为备用,提高了整个生产系统的设备利用效率,降低了电力、材料等资源消耗,增加了选煤厂的经济效益。
Hulusu Coal Preparation Plant has 2 sets of production systems,corresponding to 2 sets of coal slime water treatment systems.Although the slime water treatment system includes slime pump,classification cyclone group,centrifuge,arc screen and other equipment,the processing capacity of slime pump and classification cyclone is not up to the rated processing capacity,and all the equipment of the two sets of slime water system cannot be used for each other.If there is a failure or maintenance of one equipment,the production system can only be stopped,which leads to the coal preparation plant can not produce coal at full load,thus affecting the production capacity of the whole system,and the power consumption per ton of coal also increases.As a result,Hulusu Coal Preparation Plant implemented the technical transformation,the coal slime pump,classification cyclone,centrifuge through series,parallel and other measures,and supplemented by a series of technological innovation means,and then realize the 2 sets of coal slime water system equipment transformation for mutual standby,which improves the equipment utilization efficiency of the whole production system,reduces the consumption of power,materials and other resources,and increases the economic benefit of the coal preparation plant.
