新形势下煤炭洗选加工现状与发展趋势

Contemporary industry of coal washing and processing and the trend of their development in the new era

在《中国制造2025》国家行动纲领和“3060”战略的新形势下,煤炭行业应该贯彻绿色、清洁、高效、创新的发展主题,以新一代信息技术深度融合于制造业为主线,达标低碳、节能、降耗的社会经济指标,加快推进实现智能制造、提质增效目标。传统的煤炭洗选加工工艺及方法虽然实现了原煤75%的入洗,但也存在一系列的问题。本文从煤炭的战略地位、选煤行业的现状、干选技术的发展与突破及其应用前景等方面,论述了新形势下煤炭洗选加工的现状与未来发展方向。

The coal industry should act on the“made in China 2025”plan and“3060”goal,with greater emphasis on the development theme of green,clean,efficient and innovative,expanded use of new-generation information technology,efficient model of production of Low-carbon,energy-saving,and consumption-reducing.Measures taken in this respect will facilitate the coal industry’s target of intelligent and efficient manufacturing.75%of the raw coal is processed by traditional coal washing and processing,but problems still exist.This paper discussed contemporary coal washing and processing and the trend of their development in the new era,which from the strategic position of coal,current situation of coal preparation industry and development and application of dry coal beneficiation.
