为保障水文监测工作的有效开展,提高水文监测质量,实现生态环境保护目标,指出了水文监测工作中存在的问题:监测设施不齐全,速度测量和深度测量技术不完善,工作人员素质有待提升。提出了提高水文监测工作质量的策略:构建完善的水文监测工作制度,注重新技术和新设备的运用,提高工作人员素养,实施规范化、科学化管理,以实现对水文监测工作的规范化管理,提高水文监测结果的准确性,保证水文监测工作顺利开展,为社会发展做出贡献。

In order to ensure the effective development of hydrological monitoring,improve the quality of hydrological monitoring,and achieve the goal of ecological environmental protection,the problems in hydrological monitoring are pointed out,i.e.incomplete monitoring facilities,imperfect speed measurement and depth measurement technology,and the quality of the staff needs to be promote.It proposes strategies to improve the quality of hydrological monitoring work,i.e.build a complete hydrological monitoring work system,focus on the use of new technologies and equipment,improve the quality of staff,implement standardized and scientific management,so as to achieve standardized management of hydrological monitoring,improve the accuracy of hydrological monitoring results,ensure the smooth development of hydrological monitoring work and contribute to social development.
