摘要
介绍山东三维化学集团股份有限公司开展的拓宽煤油原料馏程增产航空煤油可行性的研究情况。以某石化企业直馏煤油为原料,将终馏点由233℃拓展至260℃后,通过常规加氢精制处理,在反应压力2.4 MPa、反应温度260℃、体积空速5.0 h-1及氢油体积比100的条件下,精制煤油各项指标均可以满足国家标准GB 6537-2018的要求。该试验结果表明:通过拓展直馏煤油馏程增产航空煤油的技术方案是完全可行的。
The feasibility study situation of expanding kerosene feedstock distillation range and increasing aviation kerosene output in SUNWAY was introduced.With straight-run kerosene from a petrochemical enterprise as feedstock,after the final distillation point was extended from 233℃to 260℃,through conventional hydrofining treatment,under the conditions of reaction pressure of 2.4 MPa,reaction temperature of 260℃and volume space velocity of 5.0 h-1,volume ratio of hydrogen to oil of 100,each index of the refined kerosene met the requirements of GB 6537-2018.The experimental results showed that the technical scheme of expanding distillation range of kerosene feedstock to increase kerosene output was completely feasible.
