高棒产线夹送辊、夹尾器的技术改进 被引量:1

TECHNICAL IMPROVEMENT FOR PINCH ROLL/TAIL PINCH ROLL FOR HIGH-SPEED ROD MILLING LINE

摘要 针对高速棒材产线水冷段夹送辊和夹尾器在线使用一段时间后,夹持精度降低、夹持动作同步性下降、轴承等零部件寿命缩短等问题,分析了原因并提出了改进方案。结合生产现场情况,对夹送辊的夹紧机构、传动机构、轴系结构进行了设计优化和改进。将方滑块、中间多连杆的传动形式改为简单的铰接连杆;夹送辊齿轮箱中心距由250 mm增加到360 mm,万向轴工作夹角由8.3°~15.3°减小至-5°~2.5°;固定轴双侧轴承由带一定预紧力的圆锥滚子轴承替代深沟球轴承,同时取消了固定轴套管。改造后,夹送辊、夹尾器运行平稳可靠、故障率显著降低,产线产量明显提高。 After the pinch roll and tail clamp in the water cooling section of high-speed bar production line is used for a period,there are some problems,such as the reduction of clamping accuracy,the decreasing of clamping action synchronization,the service life shortening of bearings and other parts.The reasons are analyzed and the improvement scheme is put forward.Combined with the production situation,the clamping mechanism,transmission mechanism and shaft structure of pinch roll are optimized.The transmission form of square slider and middle multi connecting rod is changed into simple articulated connecting rod;the center distance of pinch roll gearbox is increased from 250 mm to 360 mm,and the working included angle of cardan shaft is reduced from 8.3°~15.3°to-5°~2.5°;the tapered roller bearing with certain preload replaces the deep groove ball bearing for the bilateral bearings of the fixed shaft,and the fixed shaft sleeve is cancelled at the same time.After the transformation,the pinch roll and tail clamp operate stably and reliably,the failure rate is significantly reduced,and the output of the production line is significantly increased.
