浙江省极小种群植物日本荚蒾研究进展

Research Progress on Viburnum japonicum Listed in Plant Species with Extremely Small Populations in Zhejiang Province

日本荚蒾[Viburnum japonicum(Thunb.)Sprengel]为东亚海岛特有野生植物,具有极高的科学研究与开发利用价值。但由于自然分布狭窄和种群数量稀少,已成为极小种群保护物种,并被列入浙江省首批重点保护野生植物名录。通过实地调查与文献梳理,系统回顾了该物种在地理分布与资源概况、分子系统发育与群体遗传多样性、植物化学成分与潜在功效、抗性生理、繁育技术方面的国内外研究进展,并对其濒危机制和今后研究重点进行了展望,旨在为其资源的研究、保护与开发利用提供参考。

Viburnum japonicum(Thunb.)Sprengel is a wild plant species endemic to East Asian islands with great value in scientific research and utilization.Due to its narrow natural distribution and small pop ulation size,this species was regarded as a plant species with extremely small populations and had been listed in the first batch of key protected wild plants list of Zhejiang Province.Through field investigation and literature review,the research advances in the geographic distribution and resource status,molecu lar phylogeny and population genetic diversity,phytochemical constituents and potential efficacy,resis tance physiology,breeding technology were reviewed systematically.Meanwhile,the endangered mecha nism and future research priorities of V.japonicum were also put forward to provide a reference for the re search,protection,development and utilization of its resources.
