摘要
结直肠癌肿瘤内科治疗疗效评价采用基于形态学测量的实体瘤疗效评价标准v1.1,是目前公认的参考标准。但单纯形态学测量存在局限性,尤其对于一些如免疫治疗、分子靶向治疗等新兴治疗手段存在局限性。双能CT(Dual Energy CT,DECT)可以直接识别碘物质,不仅能够提供形态学信息,而且能够准确定量碘浓度,从而提供肿瘤微环境变化信息,为疗效评价提供了新思路与新方法。本文现就DECT原理、技术及其在结直肠癌疗效评价中的应用进行综述。
The efficacy evaluation standard v1.1 for solid tumors based on morphological measurement is used for the evaluation of treatment efficacy for colorectal cancer and considered as the current reference standard. However, morphological measurement alone has limitations, especially for some emerging treatment methods such as immunotherapy and molecular targeted therapy. Dualenergy CT(DECT) can directly identify iodine substances;it can not only provide morphological information but also accurately quantify iodine concentration, thereby providing information on changes in the tumor microenvironment. It provides a new idea and method for the evaluation of curative effect. This article reviews the principles and techniques of DECT and its application in the effective detection of colorectal cancer.
