摘要
随着医疗体制改革的深入,医院也进入了转型阶段,当前医院间的竞争除了医疗技术的竞争,也逐渐转型为包括医院的管理水平和医疗服务水平等方面的综合式竞争,医院管理人员队伍作为医院的人力资源,医院管理人员队伍一定程度上决定了医院的决策方向和实际竞争力。在进一步提升医院综合竞争力的需求下,建设医院管理人员队伍高素质和职业化显得尤为重要。当前医院管理人员队伍的建设中存在一些现实问题,为了更好的提升医院管理人员队伍的素质和专业化能力,来提升我国医院的综合竞争力。文章主要分析了医院管理人员队伍建设的现状及当前问题,并就当前存在管理专业技能不足、人才重视度不够、选拔制度不合理及管理人员学历缺失等问题,提出对建设高素质职业化医院管理人员队伍具有针对性的对策。
With the deepening of the reform of the medical system,hospitals have also entered the transformation stage.At present,the competition among hospitals,in addition to the competition of medical technology,has gradually transformed into a comprehensive competition including the management level and medical service level of hospitals.As the human resources of hospitals,the team of hospital managers,hospital managers determine the decision-making direction and actual competitiveness of the hospital to a certain extent.In order to further enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the hospital,it is particularly important to build a highquality and professional team of hospital managers.At present,there are some practical problems in the construction of hospital managers.In order to better improve the quality and professional ability of hospital managers and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of hospitals in China.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation and current problems of the construction of hospital managers,and puts forward targeted countermeasures for the construction of high-quality professional hospital managers in view of the current problems such as insufficient management professional skills,insufficient attention to talents,unreasonable selection system and lack of academic qualifications of managers.
