摘要
为了探讨光催化反应对秸秆的降解效果,采用TiO_(2)/UV光催化技术处理玉米秸秆,考察了催化剂质量浓度、催化体系pH、秸秆质量浓度和辐照时间对秸秆降解的影响。在TiO_(2)质量浓度0.2 g/L、秸秆质量浓度10 g/L、pH 8.0、辐照2 h的最佳光催化条件下,木质素和半纤维素的降解率分别达到29.27%和19.84%;扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外变换光谱仪(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)以及热重分析(TG/DTG)表征分析结果表明,TiO_(2)/UV光催化能够一定程度破坏玉米秸秆的结构。
In order to investigate the effect of photocatalytic reaction on the degradation of straw,TiO_(2)/UV photocatalytic technology was used to treat corn straw. The effects of catalyst mass concentration,catalytic system pH,straw mass concentration and irradiation time on the degradation of straw were investigated. It turned out that the degradation rates of lignin and hemicellulose reached 29. 27 % and19. 84 %,respectively,under the optimal photocatalytic conditions of TiO_(2) mass concentration 0. 2 g/L,straw mass concentration 10 g/L,pH 8 and irradiation 2 h. The results of SEM,FT-IR,XRD and TG/DTG characterization showed that TiO_(2)/UV photocatalysis could damage the structure of corn straw to a certain extent.
