摘要
以普通门座起重机采用抓斗对单船舱进行卸船作业的工况为例,根据现场实际操作工艺流程,重点阐述了3D激光扫描建模技术、主动检测防撞技术、障碍物识别技术、视频电子围栏技术在杂货码头门座起重机自动化改造项目中的功能实现方案。
Taking the working condition of ordinary portal crane for single cabin unloading through grab bucket as an example,according to the actual operation process,the function realization scheme of 3D laser scanning modeling technology,active detection and anti-collision technology,obstacle recognition technology and video electronic fence technology in the automation transformation project of portal crane in general cargo terminal is described.
