复方胰酶散中污染真菌的分析与鉴定

摘要 目的确定复方胰酶散中真菌的种属。方法采用10-1样品溶液0.2 mL涂布于玫瑰红钠琼脂培养基上,挑选代表性菌落,进行试验。结果玫瑰红钠培养基上菌落颜色、大小发生变化,染色镜检,多为杆菌和酵母菌,9株菌落经过ITS鉴定,结果为三种真菌。结论复方胰酶散中污染菌为出芽短梗霉菌(Aureobasidium pullulans)、毛栓菌(Trametes hirsuta)和Naganishia albida。 OBJECTIVE Determining the species of the fungus in the compound pancreatin powder.METHODS 0.2 mL of a 10-1 sample solution was applied to rose bengal agar medium,and representative colonies were selected and tested.RESULTS The color and size of colonies on rose bengal agar medium changed,staining microscopy,Most of the staining microscopic examinations were bacilli and yeast.Nine colonies were identified by ITS and the results were three fungus.CONCLUSION The contaminating bacteria in the compound pancreatin powder are aureobasidium pullulans,trametes hirsuta and naganishia albida.
