摘要
水平井油水两相在井筒中的流动和分布状态与垂直井有极大不同,为解决水平井多相流测量难题,普遍采用阵列式传感器在井筒径向截面上测量流体的持水率和流速信息。由于中国陆地油田产量低、含水率范围广,亟需进行阵列式传感器测井仪的适用性研究。基于模拟实验装置,采用电容阵列、电阻阵列和改进型涡轮阵列仪器进行水平井油水两相不同流量不同含水率的模拟测量;利用采集的实验数据,求取阵列涡轮中各涡轮的响应系数,建立流速响应数学模型,得到各涡轮附近的局部流速;分析电容阵列和电阻阵列的响应特征,求取局部持水率,采用反距离权重插值法求取平均持水率。根据实验数据分析,得出基于阵列涡轮和阵列持率仪的分层流解释模型,该模型对水平井油水两相的流量解释具有一定的适用性。
The flow and distribution of oil and water in horizontal wells are very different from those in vertical wells.In order to solve the problem of multiphase flow measurement in horizontal wells,array sensors are widely used to measure holdup and velocity information on the radial section of wellbore.Due to the low production and wide range of water cut in domestic land oilfields,there is an urgent need to study the applicability of array sensor logging tools.First of all,based on the simulation experimental device,capacitance array,resistance array and modified spinner array tool(MSAT)are used to simulate the measurement of oil-water two-phase flow and different water cut in horizontal wells.Then,using the collected experimental data,the response coefficient of each spinner in the array spinner is obtained,the mathematical model of velocity response is established,and the local velocity near each spinner is obtained.The“integral method”is used to calculate the mixed velocity.At the same time,the response characteristics of capacitor array and resistance array are analyzed,the local water holdup is obtained,and the average water holdup is obtained by“inverse distance weight interpolation method”.Finally,according to the analysis of experimental data,a stratified flow interpretation model based on array spinner and array holdup tools is obtained.This model has certain applicability to the interpretation of the oil-water two-phase flow in horizontal wells.
