摘要 铸坯收得率是代表钢铁企业连铸生产水平的一项重要指标,而提高铸坯收得率是钢铁企业降低生产成本的有效措施之一。本文介绍了唐山不锈钢公司连铸板坯损耗的影响因素,分析了板坯收得率底的主要原因,给出了提高收得率的工艺改进措施。通过采取减少钢包剩钢水、减少中包铸余大块、头尾坯甩坯优化、切割缝优化等措施,有效的减少了铸坯损耗,提高了板坯收得率,取得了较好的经济效益。 The billet yield is an important index representing the continuous casting production level of steel enterprises,and increasing billet yield is one of the effective measures to reduce production cost in iron and steel enterprises.This paper introduces the affecting items of the continuous casting slab loss in Tangshan stainless steel company,analyzed the main reasons of slab yield low,and given the process improvement measures of improve the yield.By taking measures to reduce the remaining molten steel in the ladle,reduce the tundish pouring residual large block,optimize the head and tail billet throwing,and optimizing the cutting gap of the billet,etc.,effectively reduced the billet loss,increased the billet yield,and achieved better economic benefits.
