摘要 单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)是CC类趋化因子,可使单核/巨噬细胞等在炎症部位聚集并激活,参与机体炎症反应和免疫调节。2型糖尿病(T2DM)是由胰岛素分泌不足和胰岛素抵抗导致的代谢紊乱,可引起全身多系统损害,导致眼、肾、心脏、血管和神经等器官组织功能减退。MCP-1与T2DM及其并发症的发生发展密切相关,因此MCP-1可作为T2DM及其并发症的潜在预测因子和治疗靶点。深入研究MCP-1与T2DM的关系对T2DM及其并发症的早期预测、诊断和治疗均具有重要意义。 Monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)is a CC chemokine,which can cause monocyte/macrophages to accumulate and activate in the inflammatory site,and participate in the body′s inflammatory response and immune regulation.Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is a metabolic disorder due to insufficient insulin secretion and insulin resistance,which can cause damage to multiple systems,resulting in the dysfunction of tissues and organs of eyes,kidneys,heart,blood vessels and nerves.MCP-1 is closely related to the occurrence and development of T2DM and its complications,for which MCP-1 can be used as a potential predictor and therapeutic target.In-depth study of the relationship between MCP-1 and T2DM is of great significance for the early prediction,diagnosis and treatment of T2DM and its complications.
