Key Issues in and Solutions to the Development of Rural Electronic Commerce in China

信息技术的飞速发展以及农村供给侧改革政策的提出极大地带动了我国农村电子商务的发展。本文通过分析我国农村电子商务的发展现状,围绕农村信息基础设施落后、电商人才缺乏、农产品质量监管力度不够以及农产品物流发展滞后等问题,提出了具体解决方案。

The rapid development of information technology and the proposal of rural supply-side reform policies have greatly promoted the development of rural e-commerce in China.This article analyzes the development status of rural e-commerce,and puts forward specific solutions focusing on the problems of backward rural information infrastructures,lack of e-commerce talents,insufficient supervision of agricultural product quality,and lagging development of agricultural product logistics.
