摘要 Dear Editor,Glioblastoma(GBM)is a lethal primary brain cancer, with a median survival of less than 2 years.1 Immune checkpoint blockades(ICBs)have revolutionized cancer therapy in the last decade, but they have little clinical benefit in GBM.1 Genomic and transcriptomic analysis revealed a significant enrichment of PTEN mutations in GBM patients resistant to ICBs.2 PTEN deficiency activates the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)-AKT pathway to shape an immunosuppressive microenvironment.
