摘要
目的:探究电感耦合等离子体质谱法在铅锌矿去土壤中微量元素测定的可行性。方法:以某铅锌矿去的土壤作为实验对象,根据采集情况将土壤样品划分为重度污染和轻度污染,利用Agilent 8600b型号测定设备对样品当中的微量元素含量进行测定,记录测定结果中的回收率和含量,并将其与XRF方法测定结果和标准含量比对。结果:ICPMS测定方法在测定中没有出现回收率飘高问题,并实现对各类微量元素含量的测定。结论:通过三组数据比较得出,在ICP-MS测定时引入硝酸溶液的消解处理操作能够实现该方法在铅锌矿区土壤中微量元素测定应用,并且得出的测定结果精度满足标准要求,与XRF测定方法测定精度更高。
Objective:To explore the feasibility of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)in the determination of trace elements in lead-zinc mine soil.Methods:Taking the soil from a lead-zinc mine as the experimental object,the soil samples were divided into heavy pollution and light pollution according to the collection situation.The content of trace elements in the samples was determined by Agilent 8600b measuring equipment,the recovery rate and content of the determination results were recorded,and the results were compared with the XRF method and the standard content.Results:there was no high recovery in ICP-MS,and the content of various trace elements was determined.Conclusion:through the comparison of three groups of data,the digestion operation of nitric acid solution in ICP-MS determination can realize the application of this method in the determination of trace elements in the soil of lead-zinc mining area,and the accuracy of the determination results can meet the standard requirements,which is higher than that of XRF determination method.
