主变压器有载调压开关运维检修技术探讨

Exploration of Operation,Maintenance and Repair Technology of On-load Voltage Regulating Switch of Main Transformer

为提升有载开关的运行质量,保障电力系统的安全运行,分析了有载调压开关的零部件及其使用前的检修工作,指出了有载调压开关运维检修的必要性。分析了主变压器有载调压开关运维检修技术,即针对滑档故障、放电故障、油质劣化问题和触头过热的检修要点,采取有效的运维检修技术,及时排除故障,保证有载开关运行的可靠性。

In order to promote the operation quality of on-load voltage,and guarantee the safety operation of electrical power system,the research analyzes the parts of on-load voltage regulating switch and the maintenance and repair before utilization,and points out the necessity of on-load voltage regulating switch.Then the research analyzes the operation,maintenance and repair technology of on-load voltage regulating switch of main transformer,i.e.the maintenance main points of sliding gear fault,discharge fault,deterioration of oil quality and contact overheating.It is suggested to adopt effective maintenance and repair technology,timely debug,and ensure the feasibility of on-load voltage operation.
