井丛自动选井及气液两相流量计量装置的研发和应用 被引量:3

摘要 延XX井区位于鄂尔多斯盆地天然气富集区的南缘,属于致密气田,气井生产过程中产水,水气比范围为0~9 m^(3)/10^(4) m^(3),构成“湿气”工况。项目气井单井计量工艺为单相(纯气)计量,主要有旋进漩涡流量计、孔板差压流量计等,单相流量仪表受到出液的影响,无法准确计量气井的气液产量,导致无法准确监测气井生产动态,制约着气井的科学、精细管理。因此,实时在线气液两相流量计量装置的研发和应用就尤为迫切。研发的气液两相流量计量装置是适用于湿气工况条件的气液两相流量计,可以在气液不分离的状态下,对气井产出的气液流量进行实时连续测量,适用于环状流、段塞流等常见流态。将其与多路阀相结合,该装置可远程控制自动选井/倒井,同时实现井丛多口井自动选井及气液两相计量,实时采集信号并进行数据处理传输,输出气量、液量、气液比、温度、压力等参数。室内实验和现场试验结果对比显示,气相、液相测量的结果相对偏差分别为-4.82%、-8.47%和7.69%、20.00%,满足现场工况的计量要求。 Yan XX project is located in the south of Ordos basin which is natural gas gathering area and belongs to tight gas asset.The gas well produces water during the production process.The LGR(liquid gas ratio)ranges from 0-9 m^(3)/104 m^(3),constituting a“wet gas”working condition.The single-well metering process of the project is single-phase(pure gas)metering,mainly including vortex flowmeters,orifice differential pressure flowmeters,etc.Single-phase flow meters cannot accurately measure the gas and liquid production of gas wells due to the influence of liquid produced.The inability of accurately monitoring the production performance of gas wells restricts the scientific and fine management of gas wells.Therefore,the research,development and application of real-time online multiphase flow metering device are particularly urgent.The gas-liquid two-phase flow metering device developed in this paper is a gas-liquid two-phase flow meter suitable for wet gas condition.It can measure the gas-liquid flow rate produced by a gas well in real time without separation of gas and liquid and under the common flow patterns such as annular/mist flow and slug flow.Combining it with a MSV(multi-port selection valve),this device can select well and meter gas-liquid multiphase remotely and automatically for multiple wells in a cluster,providing real-time acquisition of signals and data processing and transmission,and outputting gas&water rate,liquid gas ratio,temperature and pressure.The comparison test in laboratory and field shows that the relative difference of gas and liquid measurement results is-4.82%,-8.47%and 7.69%,20.00%,respectively,which meets the measurement requirements of on-site working conditions.
