2021年9月22日《知识产权强国建设纲要(2021—2035年)》出台,是知识产权事业发展和国家现代化建设的一件大事。《纲要》立足国情,对标国际,以强化保护为政策导向,从知识产权治理现代化的视角全面规划我国知识产权中长期发展。《纲要》以建设现代化知识产权制度体系为核心,通过保护体系、运行机制、公共服务体系、人文社会环境及国际合作等方面建设,并规划八大重点建设工程,来夯实知识产权事业基础,力图建设一个中国特色、世界一流的知识产权强国,支撑中国特色社会主义现代化强国建设。

The release of"Guidelines for Building a Powerful Country with Intellectual Property Rights(2021-2035)"is a milestone in the development of intellectual property business and national modernization drive.Based on China's domestic situation and international standards,with strengthening protection as policy guide,from the viewpoint of modernization of governance,the"Guidelines"comprehensively plans the medium-and long-time development of China's intellectual property business.Revolving around the core of intellectual property system modernization,the"Guidelines"plans from various aspects including protection system,running mechanism,public service system,social and humanistic environment and international cooperation,added by eight key construction projects,in order to consolidate the basis of intellectual property business,and build China's intellectual property power with Chinese characteristics and world-class status,thus supporting the construction of China as a unique powerful modernized socialist country.
