产业专业化影响粤港澳大湾区城市经济发展吗?

Does Industrial Specialization Affect the Economic Development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area?

明晰产业专业化在粤港澳大湾区经济运行中的微观影响机理,利于为粤港澳大湾区城市经济高质量发展提供决策助益。采用粤港澳大湾区11个城市2003-2017年面板数据,设计克鲁格曼指数为度量的产业专业化测度指标,详细测算粤港澳大湾区城市产业专业化水平,在此基础上尝试构建产业专业化与大湾区城市经济发展的因果关系模型,探索产业专业化在粤港澳大湾区城市经济运行中的影响及其机制。结果发现,在控制了影响大湾区城市经济运行的其他因素后,产业专业化对粤港澳大湾区城市经济的运行具有显著的正向激励作用。加快同城一体化推进步伐,重新定位并调整中心城市和边缘城市的产业专业化布局,以激发产业专业化的正外部性功效,是推进粤港澳大湾区城市经济提质增效的重要路径。

Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has become a new bright spot of high-quality economic development in China,and is the fourth potential global economic growth pole except for New York Bay,San Francisco Bay and Tokyo Bay in the future in the word.As an important support for the high-quality development of Greater Bay Area economy,industry′s specialized agglomeration and evolution always affect the development efficiency of Greater Bay Area′s urban economy.Therefore,to explore the quality of urban economic development of Greater Bay Area in China from the perspective of industrial specialization agglomeration can provide decision-making help for its construction and Chinese experience for the construction of global Bay Area.The purpose of this paper is to clarify the micro impact mechanism of industrial specialization in the economic operation of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,so as to provide decision-making help for the high-quality development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.Based on the panel data of 11 cities in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from 2003 to 2017,this paper designs Krugman index as the measurement index of industrial specialization,and measures the level of urban industrial specialization in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in detail.On this basis,it attempts to build a panel data regression model of industrial specialization and urban economy in the bay area,and explores the application of industrial specialization in the urban economic operation of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area And its mechanism.The results show that after controlling other factors affecting the economic operation of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,industrial specialization has a significant positive incentive effect on the operation of the urban economy of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.Accelerating the pace of integration of the same city,repositioning and adjusting the industrial specialization layout of the central city and the edge city,for this reason to stimulate the positive externality effect of industrial specialization,is the key to promoting the construction of Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Bay area to improve quality and efficiency.
