摘要
目的:观察针刀对膝骨关节炎兔伸屈肌群表面肌电信号的影响。方法:28只兔随机分为空白组、模型组、针刀组及电针组。造模结束后1周,针刀组以针刀干预股内外侧肌、股直肌、股二头肌肌腱止点,电针组电针干预血海、梁丘、内膝眼、外膝眼穴,共治疗3周。治疗结束后进行表面肌电测试,检测各组兔伸屈肌群积分肌电值和肌电活动贡献率。结果:在500g、1 000g负荷下,与空白组比较,模型组股内外侧肌、股直肌及股二头肌积分肌电值均降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),股四头肌肌电活动贡献率显著升高(P<0.01),股二头肌肌电活动贡献率显著降低(P<0.01);与模型组比较,针刀组股直肌及股二头肌积分肌电值均升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),股四头肌肌电活动贡献率降低(P<0.05),股二头肌肌电活动贡献率升高(P<0.05)。结论:针刀干预可改善膝骨关节炎兔伸屈肌群积分肌电值及肌电活动贡献率。
Objective: To observe the effects of acupotomy on the surface electromyography(EMG) signal of flexor and extensor muscle groups in knee osteoarthritis rabbits. Methods: Twenty-eight rabbits were randomly divided into blank group, model group, acupotomy group and electroacupuncture group. One week after modeling, the acupotomy group intervened by acupotomy at the tendon insertion of the vastus lateralis, rectus femoris and biceps femoris. Electroacupuncture group was intervened by electroacupuncture at Xuehai(SP 10), Liangqiu(ST 34) Neixiyan(EX-LE 4), and Waixi yan(Dubi, ST 35), the treatment was for 3 weeks. EMG was performed after treatment to detect the integral myoelectric value of flexer and extense muscle groups and myoelectric activity contribution rate in rabbits. Results: Compared with the blank group, EMG of the medial and lateral femoris muscle, rectus femoris muscle and biceps femoris muscle in the model group were decreased at 500 g and 1 000 g loads(P<0.05, P<0.01). The electromyoactivity contribution rate of quadriceps femoris was significantly increased(P<0.01), while the electromyoactivity contribution rate of biceps femoris was significantly decreased(P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the electromyography values of rectus femoris and biceps femoris integrals in the acupotomy group were increased(P<0.05, P<0.01),the electromyography contribution rate of quadriceps femoris was decreased(P<0.05), and the electromyography contribution rate of biceps femoris was increased(P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupotomy intervention can improve the integral myoelectric value of flexor and extensor muscle groups and myoelectric activity contribution rate in rabbits with knee osteoarthritis.
