摘要
最近发现一个新的解剖学和功能实体-咽鼓管唾液腺,可能对鼻咽/口咽润滑和吞咽具有生理作用,损伤后影响患者摄食、消化及说话,增加龋齿和口腔感染风险。新器官位于鼻咽后部,平均长3.9 cm(范围1.0~5.7 cm),经鼻内窥镜可观察其排泄管开口。通过前列腺特异膜抗原配体(PSMA)标记正电子发射断层/计算机断层显像(PET/CT)才得以显现该结构。作者回顾性分析了连续扫描的100例前列腺癌或尿道腺癌患者(男99例,女1例,年龄53~84岁,中位年龄69.5岁),观察到所有患者鼻咽后部具有不明双边结构,PSMA摄取类似于已知的三大唾液腺。
The presence of previously unnoticed bilateral macroscopic salivary giand locations in the human nasopharynx wassuspected after visualization by positron emission tomography/computed tomography with prostate-specific membrane antigen ligands(PSMA PET/CT).We aimed to elucidate the characteristis of this unknown entity and its potential clinical implications forradiotherapy.Materials and methods;The presence and configuration of the PSMA-positive area was evaluated in a retrospective cohortof consecutively seanned patients with prostate or urethral gland cancer(n=100).
