摘要
当前国内外天然气净化厂处理酸性天然气装置中普遍采用甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)水溶液吸收工艺。由于MDEA溶液在生产过程中易受装置内外因素影响,不可避免地会发生降解变质,进而出现溶液发泡。在以往的认知中,溶液发泡会对装置平稳运行带来一系列影响。但在实际生产过程中,溶液发泡对装置运行也有一定的积极作用。本文将着重阐述溶液发泡对产品气组分的影响,以及浅析如何利用溶液发泡来降低装置运行能耗和监测分析装置的运行现状。
At present, MDEA water solution absorption process is widely used in sour natural gas treatment plants at home and abroad. Since the MDEA solution is easily affected by internal and external factors in the production process, degradation and deterioration will inevitably occur, and solution foaming will occur. In the past knowledge, solution foaming will have a series of effects on the smooth operation of the device. However, in the actual production process, solution foaming also has a certain positive effect on the operation of the device. This article will focus on the effect of solution foaming on product gas components, as well as how to use solution foaming to reduce device operating energy consumption and monitor the operating status of the analysis device.
