摘要
水性聚氨酯涂料作为一种防腐材料,具有无毒无味,安全环保等特点,但防腐性能依然需要提高,为了进一步提高产品的防腐性能,研究人员使用不同改性方法制备功能各异的水性聚氨酯防腐涂料。主要介绍了纳米粒子填补缩孔、自修复破损涂层、改变合成原料3种方法对水性聚氨酯涂料进行改性,但这3种方法改性机理都还不完善,未来可以探究新的防腐机理,开发出更先进的水性聚氨酯防腐涂料。
Waterborne polyurethane coating, as a kind of anticorrosive material has the characteristic of non-toxic, tasteless, safety and environmental friendliness, but its anticorrosive performance still needs to be improved. In order to further improve the anticorrosive performance of products, researchers use different modification methods to prepare waterborne polyurethane anticorrosiv coatings with different functions. Three modification methods of waterborne polyurethane coatings, nano particle filling shrinkage cavity, self repairing damaged coating and changing synthetic raw materials to modify waterborne polyurethane coatings are introduced. However, these three modification mechanisms are not perfect. In the future, new anticorrosive mechanisms can be explored, and more advanced waterborne polyurethane anti-corrosion coatings are developed.
