农业科技促进湖北省产业扶贫实践模式的调研思考——以湖北省农业科学院为例

Investigation on the practice mode of agricultural science and technology promoting industrial poverty alleviation in Hubei province:Taking Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example

归纳了湖北省农业科学院在实践中创制出的运用农业科技促进产业扶贫的典型模式,对进一步强化农业科技促进产业发展、做好脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有效衔接具有现实意义。通过专题调研,分析了农业科技促进产业扶贫存在的短板和问题。提出了农业创新促进农业产业发展,巩固拓展防止返贫,推进乡村全面振兴的对策建议。

This paper expounds the typical mode of Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences using agricultural science and technology to promote industrial poverty alleviation,which has reference significance for further strengthening agricultural science and technology to promote industrial development,promoting the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.Through spe⁃cial investigation,this paper analyzes some shortcomings and problems of agricultural science and technology promoting industrial pov⁃erty alleviation,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions of agricultural innovation,promoting the development of agri⁃cultural industry,consolidating and expanding,preventing poverty return and promoting the all-round revitalization of rural areas.
