种粮大户土地规模经营影响因素研究——基于德州市平原县种粮大户的调查数据

Research on influencing factors of land scale management of large grain farmers:Based on survey data of large grain growers in Pingyuan county,Dezhou city

基于德州市平原县244份种粮大户样本数据,选取种粮大户个人特征、家庭特征、农户种植成本收益、农资质量与价格4个方面中的18个变量,运用多元线性回归模型分析种粮大户土地规模经营的影响因素。结果表明,种粮大户的受教育程度、家庭劳动力数量、土地流转价格、家庭经营收入、每公顷成本、雇工是否容易、机械租赁费用、贷款是否容易及租田方式(租期)与土地规模经营呈显著正相关,种粮大户的年龄、是否购买过大型农业机械、农资质量如何、农资价格如何与土地规模经营呈显著负相关。

Based on the data of 244 large grain growers in Pingyuan county of Dezhou city,18 variables in the four aspects of personal characteristics,family characteristics,farmers’planting costs and benefits and price of agricultural production means were chosen.Multivariable linear regression model was used to analyze the affecting factors of large grain growers’land management scale.The re⁃sults show that the educational level,amounts of family labor force,the prices of land transfer,household income,cost per hectare,whether it is easy to hire workers,whether it is easy to lease machinery and whether it is easy to loan and the method of land lease(lease period)are significantly positively correlated with land scale management.The age of large grain growers,whether they have purchased large-scale agricultural machinery,the quality of agricultural materials,and the price of agricultural materials are signifi⁃cantly negative correlation with scale land management.
