摘要
将季戊四醇磷酸酯加入丙烯酸丁酯乳液中,制备不同配比的涂膜型防水卷材,通过极限氧指数测试、燃烧测试、力学性能测试和耐水性测试研究其阻燃性能、力学性能和耐水性能。结果表明,加入季戊四醇磷酸酯能够提高涂膜型防水卷材的阻燃性能,当PEPA的添加量为10%时,涂膜型防水卷材的LOI值从22%提高至26.2%±0.1%,但是,由于PEPA与乳液的相容性和耐水性均较差,导致涂膜型防水卷材的力学性能和耐水性能均下降。采用KH550硅烷偶联剂对季戊四醇磷酸酯进行耐水改性,改性季戊四醇磷酸酯不仅与乳液具有较好的相容性,还可以使涂膜型防水卷材的力学性能得到提高,涂膜型防水卷材的拉伸强度从0.3 MPa提高至1 MPa,并且耐水性也得到提高,涂膜型防水卷材的吸水率从14.3%下降至11%。
Pentaerythritol phosphate was added to butyl acrylate emulsion to prepare flame retardant acrylic waterproof coil materials.The flame retardancy,mechanical properties and water resistance were studied by limiting oxygen index test,combustion test,mechanical property test and water resistance test.The results showed that the flame retardancy of the acrylic waterproof coil materials could be improved by adding pentaerythritol phosphate.When added 10%PEPA,the LOI of the coil materials increased from 22%to 26.2%±0.1%.However,due to the poor compatibility and water resistance,the mechanical properties and water resistance of the coil materials decreased.Through the modification of pentaerythritol phosphate by KH550 silane coupling agent,the modified pentaerythritol phosphate not only had good compatibility with the acrylic waterproof coil material,the mechanical properties of the acrylic waterproof coil material had been improved.The tensile strength of the acrylic waterproof coil material was increased from 0.3 MPa to 1 MPa,and the water resistance was also improved.The water absorption of the acrylic waterproof coil material was reduced from 14.3%to 11%.
