摘要
发电机组在启停、运行期间,如果出现可能危及设备及人员的异常工况或突发故障,可由热工保护系统对这些情况进行分析、判断,并根据系统预设指令做出实时预警或自动处理,从而最大程度上保障机组运行安全。文章首先介绍了热工保护系统运行时常见的一些故障,如热控元件故障、电源或接线故障等。基于工作经验,分别从严选热工设备、优化保护逻辑、改善运行环境等方面,提出了一些实用性的故障预防和处理方法。最后结合实例,按照故障表现、原因分析、处理对策的基本流程,对振动信号突变、热工电源故障导致的两例机组跳闸情况进行了简要分析。
During the start,stop,and operation of the generator set,if there are abnormal working conditions or sudden failures that may endanger the equipment and personnel,the thermal protection system can analyze and judge these conditions,and make real-time warnings based on the system preset instructions Or automatic processing,so as to ensure the safe operation of the unit to the greatest extent.This article first introduces some common faults in the operation of thermal protection systems,such as thermal control element faults,power supply or wiring faults,etc.Subsequently,based on work experience,some practical fault prevention and handling methods were proposed from the aspects of strict selection of thermal equipment,optimization of protection logic,and improvement of the operating environment.Finally,combined with examples,in accordance with the basic process of fault performance,cause analysis,and countermeasures,two cases of unit trips caused by sudden changes in vibration signals and thermal power supply failures are briefly analyzed.
