基于STEM理念的项目活动设计--以“手工皂的研制与开发”为例

摘要 本研究从生活情境“手工皂”出发,依据“皂化反应”的科学原理,结合工程、技术、数学、美术等跨学科知识,将STEM理念应用于实际课堂,为学生提供体验整合性STEM问题解决的过程与机会,同时为一线教师将STEM理念与实际化学教学相结合提供了教学案例。
