轻质高频高压纳秒脉冲电源研制

摘要 高压脉冲电源是产生放电等离子体及其应用于生物医学、材料表面处理及流动控制的重要激励源。基于单极性Marx电路与脉冲变压器相结合的思路,利用脉冲变压器的电压波形过冲现象,开发了一台高频高压纳秒脉冲电源样机。该电源样机输出电压幅值最高可达21 kV,频率最高达16 kHz,上升沿和下降沿分别约为145 ns和215 ns,脉宽约为250 ns;输出平均功率为125 W以内时,整机效率高于80%。该脉冲电源的输出电压、频率等参数连续可调且体积较小。上述研究为开发应用于放电等离子体的高压脉冲电源提供重要参考。 High voltage pulse power supply is an important source of excitation for generating discharge plasma.It can be used in biomedicine,material surface treatment and flow control.Based on the idea of combining a unipolar Marx circuit with a pulse transformer,the voltage waveform overshoot phenomenon of the pulse transformer to design a high frequency and high voltage nanosecond pulse power supply is used.The output voltage amplitude of this power supply is up to 21 kV,the frequency is up to 16 kHz,the rising edge and falling edge are about 145 ns and 215 ns,respectively,and the pulse width is about 250 ns.When the average output power of the power supply is within 125 W,the efficiency is higher than 80%.The output voltage,frequency and other parameters of the pulse power supply are continuously adjusted and the volume of the power supply is small.The above research provides an important reference for the design of high voltage pulsed power supply for discharge plasma.
