"一带一路"是我国在社会主义新时期下所提出的一项新的社会主义发展战略,其所覆盖的范围不仅仅是国内,而是面向世界将全球多个国家进行结合。为了抓住和抓紧这种新的社会环境模式给国内带来的种种机遇,我国应该着力于对于各项人才的培养工作,只有我国能够提供更为充足的人才保障,才能够更加有效的推动我国社会的不断发展。同时,因为我国汽车行业的较为落后,我国也更应该抓住这次机遇,通过一带一路建设来重点培养我国的应用技术型汽车人才,来弥补我国在汽车市场技术上的不足。

"One Belt,One Road"is a new socialist development strategy proposed by my country in the new era of socialism.It covers not only the domestic,but also the integration of multiple countries around the world.To seize the various opportunities that this new social environment model brings to the country,China should focus on the training of various talents.Only when China can provide more sufficient talent guarantee can it promote the development of China more effectively.At the same time,as China’s automobile industry is relatively backward,China should seize this opportunity and focus on cultivating the applied technology automotive talents through the construction of the"One Belt One Road"to make up for the technical deficiencies in the automobile market.
