摘要
2016年6月,福州动物园5只环尾狐猴(Lemur catta)相继发生食欲不振,高烧不退,呼吸困难,急性腹泻等临床症状,诊断结果疑似为不动杆菌(Acinetobacter)感染。诊断依据是:①提示性临床症状,精神萎靡、高热、呼吸障碍;②剖检及病理检查特征病变,出现肺组织出血性坏死性病变,肺气肿、肺水肿,肝炎及其他脏器出血性病变;③细菌分离及PCR检测,鉴定为不动杆菌。药敏试验结果显示,该菌对恩诺沙星、诺氟沙星、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星等喹诺酮类药物敏感。针对性用药后,环尾狐猴群的病症得以解除。该病的发生与福州高温高湿天气相关,夏季的防暑降温以及提高动物抵抗力是预防的关键。
In June 2016,five ring-tailed lemurs(Lemur catta)in Fuzhou Zoo developed clinical symptoms such as poor appetite,persistent high fever and acute diarrhea.The diagnosis result was suspected as Acinetobacter infection.Diagnostic basis:(1)suggestive clinical symptoms:mental depression,high fever,respiratory disorders;(2)characteristic pathological changes in autopsy and pathological examination:hemorrhagic and necrotic lesions of lung tissue,emphysema,pulmonary edema,hepatitis and other organs hemorrhagic lesions;(3)bacterial isolation and PCR detection,identified as Acinetobacter.The drug sensitivity test showed that the strain was sensitive to quinolones such as enrofloxacin,norfloxacin,ciprofloxacin and ofloxacin.After targeted medication,the disease of lemur group was relieved.The occurrence of the disease is related to the high temperature and humidity in Fuzhou.The key to prevent the disease is to prevent heatstroke and reduce temperature in summer,and improve animal resistance.
