摘要
针对天然气净化厂硫磺回收装置在停车期间,尾气外排SO2浓度波动、反应器催化剂床层除硫时间长等情况,从硫磺回收装置停车初期阶段、停车过程中过剩氧控制、正常生产期间和停车过程中过程气流量和载热量比较、正常生产期间和停车过程中工艺流程设置和介质走向进行对比等方面进行分析,以及对反应器催化剂床层除硫效率产生的影响,降低对天然气净化厂硫磺回收装置停车过程中尾气外排SO2浓度波动。
In view of the fluctuation of SO2 concentration from tail gas and the long sulfur removal time in the reactor catalytic bed of the natural purif ication plant during the shutdown period of the sulfur recovery plant,the analysis is made from the aspects of the initial shutdown stage of the sulfur recovery unit,the control excess oxygen during shutdown,the comparison of gas flow rate and carrying heat during normal production and shutdown,and the comparison between process flow setting and medium orientation during normal operation and shutdown,and the influence on the sulfur removal eff iciency of the reactor catalyst bed,reducing the SO2 concentration fluctuation during the shutdown of the sulfur recovery unit in the natural gas purif ication plant.
