基于Cite Space分析中医药治疗股骨头坏死的研究热点与发展趋势

Analysis of Research Hotspots and Development Trends of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Femoral Head Necrosis Based on citespace

目的通过可视化软件CiteSpace分析中医药治疗股骨头坏死的发展现状、研究热点及前沿趋势。方法检索中国知网数据库2000年1月1日-2019年12月31日中医药治疗股骨头坏死领域相关文献,以作者、机构及关键词为节点,进行共现分析、聚类及突现分析。结果共纳入1224篇文献,研究者共639例,研究机构511个,涉及关键词597个;合作最密切的作者网络是以何伟和陈卫衡为核心的团队,发文数量最多的机构是广州中医药大学,热点关键词为股骨头坏死、股骨头缺血性坏死、中医药疗法、激素性股骨头坏死等,突现关键词为股骨头无菌性坏死、血液流变学、中医体质、非创伤性股骨头坏死等。结论中医药治疗股骨头坏死的研究热点是股骨头缺血性坏死、中医药疗法、激素性股骨头坏死、中医体质等。该研究领域发展良好,作者合作网络初具规模,但机构间的合作集中于广东省与河南省,与其他省份的合作有待进一步加强。

Objective To analyze the development status, research hotspots and frontier trends of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of femoral head necrosis through the visualization software citespace. Methods Retrieving the relevant literature in the field of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of femoral head necrosis from 2000 to 2019 inCNKI, using authors, institutions and keywords as nodes, the co-occurrence analysis, clustering and emergent analysis were carried out. Results A total of 1224 articles were included, with a total of 639 authors, 511 research institutionsand 597 keywords involved. The most closely cooperating author network was a team with HE Wei and CHEN Weiheng as the core, and the most published institution was Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, hot keywords were femoral head necrosis, avascular necrosis of femoral head, traditional Chinese medicine therapy, hormone-induced femoral head necrosis, etc., emergent keywords were aseptic necrosis of femoral head, hemorheology, traditional Chinese medicine constitution, non-traumatic sexual femoral head necrosis and so on. Conclusion The research hotspots of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of femoral head necrosis are femoral head avascular necrosis, traditional Chinese medicine therapy, hormone-type femoral head necrosisand traditional Chinese medicine constitution. The research field is developing well, and the authors’ cooperation network is beginning to take shape, but the cooperation between institutions is concentrated in Guangdong and Henan provinces, and cooperation with other provinces needs to be further strengthened.
