中医特色管理在重症监护室(ICU)压疮高危中的应用

Application of Characteristic Management of Traditional Chinese Medicine in High-risk Patients with Pressure Ulcer in ICU

目的分析中医特色管理应用于ICU压疮高危护理工作的临床价值。方法选择2018年10月-2020年10月医院接受治疗的ICU压疮高危患者80例,按照干预方式随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采取常规管理,观察组在对照组的基础之上采取中医特色管理,对比两组压疮发生情况、各项临床指标以及干预满意度。结果观察组压疮发生率5.00%(2/40)明显低于对照组32.50%(37/40)(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛评估、换药间隔时长及创面愈合耗时等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组满意率92.50%(37/40)高于对照组72.50%(29/40)(P<0.05)。结论针对ICU压疮高危患者实施中医特色管理疗效确切,能够有效减少疼痛,缩短换药间隔时间和创面愈合时间,利于预后恢复和身体健康。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of characteristic management of traditional Chinese medicine in the nursing of high-risk patients with pressure ulcer in ICU. Methods From October 2018 to October 2020, a total of 80 patients with high-risk pressure ulcer in ICU were selected as the research object, and they were randomly divided into the conventional group and the study group according to the difference of intervention methods, with 40 cases in each group. The conventional group adopted conventional management, while the study group adopted traditional Chinese medicine characteristic management on the basis of the conventional group. The occurrence of pressure ulcer, clinical indicators and intervention satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group was 5.00%(2/40), which was significantly lower than 32.50%(13/40) in the control group(P<0.05). The pain assessment, dressing change interval and wound healing time of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic management for high-risk patients with pressure ulcer in ICU is more accurate, which can effectively reduce the pain of patients, shorten the dressing change interval and wound healing time, and is more conducive to the prognosis recovery and health of patients.
