农村老年人生活满意度及抑郁的影响因素分析

Factors Affecting Life Satisfaction and Depression of Rural Elderly

目的农村老年人生活满意度及抑郁情绪的影响因素分析有助于农村养老服务发展和老年人福利政策的制定。方法利用2015年CHARLS数据,基于multinomial Logistic模型和线性回归模型分析。结果婚姻和子女关系满意度、子女见面频率、是否与配偶居住、健康状况、子女经济支持影响均显著;子女数量、是否隔代照料不具有统计学意义;社交活动只缓解老年人抑郁;农村医疗保险提高了生活满意度,养老金和劳动收入的作用有限。结论家庭资源对我国农村老年人生活仍具有重要作用,充分发挥传统家庭养老优势同时需进一步提高农村社会化养老资源的供给。

The influencing factor analysis of life satisfaction and depression of the rural elderly contribute to the services development and the welfare policies for the rural elderly. The actual needs of the rural elderly can help develop rural aged industry and welfare undertakings. Using the data of CHARLS, based on multinomial Logistic model and linear regression model, we find that Marriage and children’s relationship satisfaction, children’s meeting frequency, whether they live with their spouses or not, health status, financial support from children have significant effects on the life satisfaction and depression of the rural elderly. The influence of the number of children and taking care of grandson is not statistically significant. Social activities can only alleviate the depression but cannot significantly improve life satisfaction. The social medical insurance can improve life satisfaction. The impact of old-age insurance and work income is limited. Family resources still play an important role in the life of the rural elderly in our country. We need to take full advantages of family support for the aged and give more supply of socialized resources for the aged in rural areas.
