摘要
铝合金一体式折叠桌椅采用铝合金6061-T6/T4材质制成,并通过螺接、铆接结合的方式进行各结构连接。为提高铝合金一体式折叠桌椅原始方案中的承载量、舒适度及安全性,对铝合金一体式折叠桌椅进行方案改进。改进方案包括在原始方案基础上增加椅背结构,提高空间利用率;增大椅面纵向长度和型材壁厚,使椅面承载量提升至150 kg;增加圆弧封边结构,使铝合金一体式折叠桌椅的安全性和舒适性均大幅度提升。该优化工艺将相关设计参数有机结合,成效显著,大幅度提升了铝合金一体式折叠桌椅的安全性和实用性。优化后的产品经静力学分析验证,其强度和刚度均满足国家标准要求。
Aluminum alloy integrated folding tables and chairs are made of aluminum alloy 6061-T6/T4 and connected by screw connection and riveting.Combined with relevant design parameters,the structural design of aluminum alloy integrated folding tables and chairs is carried out.The static analysis shows that its strength and stiffness meet the requirements of national standards.In order to improve the bearing capacity,comfort and safety of the original scheme of aluminum alloy integrated folding tables and chairs,the scheme of aluminum alloy integrated folding tables and chairs is improved.The improved scheme increases the chair back structure on the basis of the original scheme to improve the space utilization rate;the longitudinal length of the chair surface and the wall thickness of the profile are increased to increase the carrying capacity of the chair surface to 150 kg.Add circular edge sealing structure,so that the safety and comfort of aluminum alloy folding tables and chairs are greatly improved.The optimization process organically combined the relevant design parameters,achieved remarkable results,not only realized the effect of dual use of one chair,but also greatly improved the safety of aluminum alloy integrated folding tables and chairs.The strength and stiffness of the optimized product meet the requirements of national standard by statics analysis.
