摘要
目前,大学正处于联络日益密切和更加国际化的世界环境中,趋于不断变革中的社会政治经济等因素以及多元快速的社会发展对大学人才培养的质量势必提出更高的要求。培养大批具有问题意识、批判思维、创新能力与国际视野的一流人才也是21世纪高等教育自身发展的迫切需要。爱尔兰科克大学作为一所综合性研究型大学,在其人才培养战略中,以人才培养一体化为核心目标,设置一体化跨学科课程体系,实行科教融合、校企协同,以及一体化人才保障体系建设等,把学业评估与学习成果相关联,对探索我国研究型大学的一体化创新人才培养模式提供了参考和借鉴。
Nowadays,universities are engaged in a changing world with society,environment,economy and labor market to be transforming at a rapid pace that calls for quality-trained talents to meet the multiple demand of communities.It is an inevitable trend for universities to embrace the transformation process to cultivate first-class graduates with critical thinking,creativity and innovation for the challenges of the 21st century.This paper examined the case of University College Cork Ireland as a renowned comprehensive research-oriented university,in its academic strategy focusing on the design of cross-disciplinary curricula to cultivate talents in a holistic approach,on the integration of instruction and research,and campus-corporate coordination,and on the unification of guaranteeing systems to link academic assessment to learning performance.It provided good implications and enlightenment to the talent cultivation in China’s universities.
