Multi-ethinic Linguistic Ecology:Family Resemblance of the Community for the Chinese Nation

民族语言有灵魂感物的根基,也有民心相通的功能,语言相通、语言通用有利于民心相通。做到语言通用、民心相通,铸牢共同体意识就有了心理认同的根基。中国的多民族语言构成了互学互鉴、交往互融的连续统,语言互相影响、互相嵌入,彼此连续,成为一统,因而称为连续统;语言兼和,语言生态共成一体,能够保持各族人民可持续的凝聚力;中国的政治制度和国家法律保障了各族人民的平等团结、共同进步和共同繁荣发展。心灵相通、民心相通至关重要,不可缺失;语言通用、语言互补、文字互济,扩大了心灵相印、民心相通的范围,使这种相通一体的效率提高、水平提高、质量提高,美美与共,以丰富和加强共同性。以国家通用语言文字为主导,建设民族语言生态;以语言通用、语言兼容促进各民族交往交流交融,互联互信互尊互助,高质量铸牢中华民族共同体意识。

National languages are endowed with both the affections of the soul and the function to connect minds of the people.Language communication and common language are conducive to people-to-people communication,which provides the foundation of psychological identification to consolidate the sense of community.The multi-ethnic languages in our country have constituted a continuum of mutual learning,communication and blending,in which languages not only influence each other,but also are embedded in each other,to the extent that they are continuous with each other to form a continuum.The harmonious co-existence of languages and linguistic ecology are integrated together to maintain sustainable cohesion of people of all ethnic groups.China’s political system and national laws have guaranteed the equality,unity,common progress,and common prosperity and development of all ethnic groups.Heart-to-heart and people-to-people communications are essential and indispensable;common language,language complementation,and mutual aid in writing have expanded the scope of mutual intimacy and people-to-people communication,in which the efficiency,level,and quality of this communication have been greatly improved and mutual beauty has been enhanced and shared with diversity.Therefore,we should play the leading role of national common spoken and written language in building a national linguistic ecology,and promote exchanges and integration,interconnection,mutual trust,mutual respect and mutual assistance of all ethnic groups with common language and language compatibility so as to consolidate the sense of community for the Chinese nation effectively.
