寒地城市微空间包容性优化策略

INCLUSIVE OPTIMIZATION STRATEGY OF MICRO URBAN SPACES OF WINTER CITY

城市微空间在存量优化、精细化更新进程中成为更具公平性的场所。本文通过文献整理与实地调研梳理寒地城市微空间基本概念及现状问题,分析其在社会层面、自然层面及两者协同机制下的包容性内涵,进而得出以容纳多元化群体为导向预设可置换功能,以有利全天候使用为导向构建弹性化空间,以平衡综合性效益为导向提升环境参与度的优化策略。

In the process of stock optimization and refined renewal,micro urban spaces can provide more fair public spaces.This paper sorts out the basic concepts and current situation of micro urban spaces of winter city mainly through literature review and field research,and analyzes its inclusive connotation in social dimension,natural dimension and the synergistic mechanism of both.Than the inclusive optimization strategies are obtained.The strategies are to build flexible space oriented by all-weather use,set replaceable functions oriented by accommodating diversified groups,and enhance environmental participation oriented by balancing comprehensive benefits.
