摘要
对优质课例做观察与分析不仅能为教师提供宝贵的学习经验,而且有助于教师及时反思自己教学中的问题,促进教师的专业发展。以4节初中信息技术部级优课为研究样本,从课堂目标、课堂结构、课堂互动、教学评价4个视角分析优课的内容与特征。研究发现:优课课堂目标采用三维表述,但行为主体指向有误,目标可操作性较低;课堂结构采用"主导+主体"相结合的形式,但部分教师对学生的情感体验关注不够;师生课堂互动良好,但有一些学生缺乏主动提问意识;教学评价具有主体多元化、内容多元化和方法多元化的特征。这启示教师在信息技术课程教学中,应针对信息技术学科特点制定行为主体指向学生的、可观测、可评价的课堂目标;善用小组合作法、提问法,关注学生的情感体验;营造提问环境,培养学生的主动提问意识。
The observation and analysis of the excellent courses can not only provide valuable experience for teachers,but also help teachers to reflect on their own teaching problems in time and promote their professional development.Taking four junior high school information technology ministerial-level excellent courses as the research samples,this paper analyzes them from four perspectives:teaching goals,teaching structure,classroom interaction and classroom evaluation.The study finds that teaching goals are expressed in three dimensions,but the behavioral subjects are misdirected and the target is not operable;teaching structure is a combination of"teacherled and student-centered",but some teachers pay insufficient attention to students’emotional experience;the teacher-student classroom interaction is good,but the students lack the initiative to ask questions;the classroom assessment has the characteristics of multi-subject,multi-content and multi-method.According to the characteristics of information technology subject,teachers should design some observable,aiming at students and evaluable teaching objectives;it is supposed to adopt group cooperation method and question method to pay attention to students’emotional experience,create an environment for asking questions and cultivate students’awareness of asking questions actively.
