摘要
在从人员、设备、原料、方法和环境几方面分析讨论煤矿生产中使用的管道泄漏检测效果基础上,提出了新的液压支架液泄漏监测报警定位系统。以负压波法为基本方法,利用管道瞬态模型,根据现场实际情况,采用流量报警、压力定位,以及流量+压力综合分析报警、定位。该方法以及判定逻辑,通过技术论证、计算和实践,证明具有较好实用价值。这种方法对新型合成液压支架液的研制和生产具有一定的参考价值。
Based on the discussion of the pipeline leakage detection effect in coal mine production from the aspects of personnel, equipment, raw material, method and environment, a new alarm positioning system for hydraulic support fluid leakage detection is proposed. Taking the negative pressure wave method as the basic method, using the transient model of pipeline, according to the actual situation, the flow alarm, pressure location, and flow + pressure comprehensive analysis alarm and location are adopted. The method and judging logic are proved to be of good practical value through technical demonstration, calculation and practice. This method has certain reference value for the development and production of new synthetic hydraulic support fluid.
