标准化急救护理流程在ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者抢救及改善预后中的应用

Rescue Effect and Prognosis Improvements of ST-segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction Patients Using Standardized Emergency Nursing Process

目的分析标准化急救护理流程在ST段抬高型心肌梗死(ST-segment myocardial infarction,STEMI)患者抢救和改善预后中的应用效果。方法采用分层抽样法抽选2019年7—12月粤北人民医院收治的STEMI患者共107例,用均等双盲划分法将其中54例纳入对照组(依据常规急救护理流程进行急救护理),53例纳入观察组(依据标准化急救护理流程进行急救护理),统计并比较两组的急救相关指标(静脉开放、心电图、造影结束、急诊停留及住院时间)、抢救成功率及死亡率、护理满意度和心脏不良事件发生情况。结果观察组的静脉开放、心电图、造影结束、急诊停留及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组抢救成功率及护理满意度高于对照组,死亡率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组心脏不良事件的发生少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论标准化急救护理流程能提高STEMI患者的抢救效果,缩短抢救用时,提升患者护理满意度,改善患者预后,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the rescue effect and prognosis improvements of ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)patients using standardized emergency nursing process.Methods Through stratified sampling method,107 STEMI patients treated from July 2019 to December 2019 in Yuebei People’s Hospital were selected.Using the equal double-blind division method,54 cases were included in the control group(with conventional emergency nursing process),and 53 cases were included in the observation group(with standardized emergency nursing process).Clinical indicators like time of keeping vein open,electrocardiogram,radiography,staying in emergency room and hospitalization,rescue success rate,mortality,nursing satisfaction and occurrences of adverse cardiac events were compared.Results The time of keeping vein open,electrocardiogram,radiography,staying in emergency room and hospitalization in the observation group was significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Rescue success rate and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,mortality was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Occurrences of adverse cardiac events in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized emergency nursing process can shorten the rescue time,and improve the rescue success rate,the nursing satisfaction of patients and clinical prognosis.It is worthy of promotion and applicati on.
