摘要
文中以柔度为目标函数、体积分数为约束的拓扑优化方法为基础,针对环轨起重机主臂进行了三维连续体优化应用研究;针对三维小体积分数问题计算时收敛速度慢的现象,探究了各参数之间的关系,建立起了移动限和体积分数之间的映射关系,提出了以Sigmoid函数为映射函数的修正移动限法;通过数值算例证明,该方法能有效地减少迭代次数,加快计算速度,为环轨起重机臂架结构的设计提供了理论支撑。
Based on the topological optimization method with flexibility as the objective function and volume fraction as the constraint,the three-dimensional continuum application optimization of the main boom of ring rail crane was studied;considering the slow convergence rate when calculating the three-dimensional small volume fraction,the relationship between the parameters was studied,the mapping relationship between the moving limit and the volume fraction was determined,and the modified moving limit method with sigmoid function as the mapping function was proposed;numerical examples show that this method can effectively reduce the number of iterations and speed up the calculation,which can serve as a theoretical basis for the design of booms of ring rail cranes.
