基于补短板视角下学校体育赛事发展的现实审视与路径选择

Reality Survey and Path Selection of School Sports Competition Development from the Perspective of Making-Up for Shortcomings

运用文献资料、专家访谈、归纳分析等方法,分析学校体育赛事发展的内在诉求,剖析发展短板并提出路径选择。研究认为,促进学生身心健康发展、深化“体教融合”发展、助推现代化竞赛体系建设是学校体育赛事发展的内在诉求。发展短板:管理责权划分模糊,赛事组织协调不力;竞赛项目结构失衡,纵向布局衔接不畅;赛事开展数量不足,竞赛水平亟待提升。路径选择:统合职能部门,健全赛事组织体系;破除体制壁垒,完善赛事管理制度;合理项目布局,构建一体化竞赛体系;拓展资源供给渠道,提高赛训团队素养。

By using the methods of literature review,expert interview and inductive analysis,this paper analyzed the internal demands of the development of school sporting events,provided a deep insight into the shortcomings of the development and put forward the development path.According to the research,promoting students'physical and mental health development,deepening the development of sports and education integration and boosting the construction of modern competition system are the inherent demands of the development of school sporting events.Development shortcomings:The responsibilities and rights of the event management are blurred,and the organization and coordination of the event are poor.The structure of competition events is unbalanced and the vertical layout is poor.The number of competitions is insuffi cient,and the competition level urgently needs to be improved.Development path:We should integrate functional departments to improve the organization system of event,break down institutional barriers to improve competition management system,optimize project layout to build an integrated competition system,and expand resources supply channels to improve the quality of competition and training teams.
