摘要
为解决采空区导水断层突水问题,探查了断层相关要素,以文家坡煤矿4103工作面为例,进行了采空区断层裂隙带注浆防治技术应用。通过对比分析地面瞬变电磁与井下直流电法成果,建立数值模型,模拟试验裂隙发育并分析覆岩破坏区范围,形成了充斥固化材料压密裂隙的注浆思路;采用环向自冲式封孔器、液态有机高分子树脂材料进行注浆;按固定配比通过专用气动注浆泵和混合枪注入到渗漏水的煤岩体裂隙、空隙中,封堵导水通道,抑制瓦斯、CO等有害气体逸散。通过现场数据监测、含水体赋存情况查验、围岩变形观测验证了注浆效果;经过注浆保证了煤层顶板完整性,消除了断层突水威胁,解决了工作面回采所面临的地质防治水问题,实现了工作面安全高效回采。
In order to solve the water inrush problem of water diversion fault in goaf,the relevant elements of fault are explored.Taking the 4103 working face of Wenjiapo Coal Mine as an example,the grouting prevention technology in fault fracture zone in goaf is applied.By comparing and analyzing the results of ground transient electromagnetic method and underground DC method,the crack development law and the range of overburden failure area are analyzed by numerical simulation method,and the grouting idea of compacting cracks with solidified materials is put forward.The liquid organic polymer resin material is injected into the coal and rock mass cracks through the special pneumatic grouting pump and mixing gun,and the holes are sealed by the annular self flushing hole sealer,so as to block the water channel and suppress harmful gases such as gas and CO.The grouting effect is verified by field data monitoring,occurrence inspection of aquifer and deformation observation of surrounding rock.Through grouting,the integrity of coal seam roof is ensured,the threat of fault water inrush is eliminated,the geological water prevention problem faced by working face is solved,and the safe and efficient mining of working face is realized.
