葶苈子的炮制历史沿革及其药理作用研究进展

梳理自汉代以来有关葶苈子净制与炮制的记载,并总结出葶苈子的现代炮制工艺方法主要包括清炒法、微波法、炙法、蒸法与制霜法。同时归纳了葶苈子的现代药理作用研究进展,药理作用主要集中在改善心血管功能、细胞毒性、免疫调节、止咳祛痰、利尿、雌激素样与抗炎作用等7个方面。

The author combs the records on the purification and processing of Tinglizi(Descurainiae Semen Lepidii Semen)since the Han Dynasty,and summarizes that the modern processing methods of Tinglizi(Descurainiae Semen Lepidii Semen)mainly include clear frying,microwave,roasting,steaming and frost making.At the same time,the research progress of modern pharmacological effects of Tinglizi(Descurainiae Semen Lepidii Semen)was summarized.The pharmacological effects mainly focused on improving cardiovascular function,cytotoxicity,immune regulation,relieving cough and eliminating phlegm,diuresis,estrogen like and anti-inflammatory effects.
