摘要
针对我国风电快速发展下弃风严重的问题,本文提出了一种跟踪风功率的蓄热式电锅炉运行方式的风电消纳方案。在国内外风速预测研究成果基础上,分析蓄热式电锅炉的工作机理,提出一种采用跟踪风功率的控制策略,以弃风量最小和运行成本最小为目标函数,结合各机组的运行约束与能量平衡约束进行分析,从而建立包含蓄热式电锅炉的电网模型。仿真结果表明,本策略具有很好的风电消纳能力和更低的运行成本。
In view of the serious wind power curtailment under the rapid development of wind power in China,this paper proposes a scheme for accommodating wind power by adopting wind power tracking,the operation mode of heat accumulating type electric boiler.Based on the research results of wind speed pre-diction at home and abroad,and with the working mechanism analysis of heat accumulating type electric boiler,the control strategy adopting wind power tracking is put forward.The objective function is to minimize the wind power curtailment and operating cost,combined with the constraints of operation and energy balance of each unit,the grid model of heat accumulating type electric boiler is established.The simulation test shows that this strategy has great capacity to accommodate wind power and lower operating cost.
