摘要
目的分析安徽省新型冠状病毒肺炎未成年患者的临床及流行病学特征,为新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控提供科学依据。方法根据2020年1月22日至2月21日传染病监测系统中年龄在17岁及以下的新型冠状病毒肺炎病例个案情况和流行病学调查资料,分析病例临床特点和流行病学特征。结果安徽省共报告47例未成年确诊病例,平均年龄10.2岁;男女性别比为1.47∶1;学生病例有37例;发病高峰期在2月1日至2月6日;61.7%的病例(29/47)来自皖北地区;87.2%的病例(41/47)有确诊病例接触史,多因接触直系/旁系亲属后发病;首发症状主要为发热,占71.9%(23/32),上呼吸道感染症状常见,少见乏力;与成年人病例相比,未成年病例病情较轻。结论安徽省未成年确诊病例以男性,学生人群居多;多因接触确诊的家庭病例呈现家庭聚集性发病;临床症状较轻。
Objective To analyze the clinical and epidemiological characteristics of COVID-19 minor cases in Anhui Province so as to provide scientific basis for epidemic prevention and control.Methods According to the case and epidemiological investigation data of COVID-19 cases aged 17 and below in the infectious disease surveillance system from January 22 to February 21 st,2020,the clinical and epidemiological characteristics of the cases were analyzed.Results A total of 47 confirmed cases of minors were reported in Anhui Province,with an average age of 10.2 years.The ratio of male to female was 1.47:1 and 37 cases were students.The peak period of incidence was from February 1 to February 6.61.7%of the cases(29/47)came from northern Anhui;87.2%of the cases(41/47)had a history of contact with confirmed cases who were their immediate family or collateral branches of the family.The first symptom was mainly fever,accounting for 71.9%(23/32).The symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection were common and fatigue was rare.COVID-19 minor cases had relatively mild symptoms compared to adult cases.Conclusion The COVID-19 confirmed cases of minors in Anhui Province were mainly male and students.Most of these cases had a history of contact with confirmed family cases,showing family aggregation,and their clinical symptoms are mild.
